    Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirementsProduce training schedules and classroom agendaDetermine course content according to objectivesPrepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individuallyArrange for and conduct on-site training when neededKeep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.Observe and evaluate results of training programsDetermine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvementsRequirements and skillsProven experience as technical trainerKnowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjectsExperience in designing technical course contentAbility to address training needs with complete coursesWorking knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowdsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesDegree in a relevant technical fieldCertification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset
