    Description

    Addnode India is seeking a Deputy General Manager as part of its leadership team.

    The position involves a high degree of initiative and responsibility to manage and ensure the smooth running of our operations and a growing team delivering customer projects in Europe and the US. You will be collaborating closely with our business leaders in Europe and the US to help create local conditions for a high-performance team aligned to business demands. You will continue to build an organizational culture that is based on a flat hierarchy and one that is deeply rooted in consulting excellence, innovation, technocracy, openness, and a strong sense of individual responsibility. The position is based out of our office in Pune.

    Job Responsibilities

    Accomplishes business objectives and annual KPIs defined for Addnode India by managing the following department functions in coordination with the management team:

    • Personnel management
    • Training and Competency development
    • Performance management
    • Employee engagement, attrition control, and team building
    • Recruitment
    • Billability and utilization
    • Department policies
    • Compensation & Benefits
    • Overall site responsibility

    Candidate background

    1. 10+ Years experience in a top-tier IT consulting company
    2. Strong experience in building and managing large teams working in the global delivery model.

    Non-Technical Requirements
