Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision parts.
• Set up machines, including loading raw materials and tooling.
• Program CNC machines using CAM software or manual programming.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Document production activities and report any deviations or problems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC VMC operator and programmer.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines and CAM software.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in machining operations.
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
