Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precisionparts.
• Set up machinesincluding loading raw materials andtooling.
• Program CNC machinesusing CAM software or manualprogramming.
• Monitor machineoperations and adjust settings as necessary to ensure quality andefficiency.
• Inspect finishedparts for accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machineissues.
• Maintain cleanlinessand organization of the workarea.
• Adhere to safetyprotocols and procedures at alltimes.
• Collaborate with teammembers to meet productiontargets.
• Document productionactivities and report any deviations orproblems.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC VMC operator andprogrammer.
• Proficiency inoperating CNC machines and CAMsoftware.
• Strong knowledge ofmachining processes and tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings andspecifications.
• Attention todetail and accuracy in machiningoperations.
• Good problemsolvingskills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced manufacturingenvironment.
• Willingness towork flexible hours and overtime asneeded.
• Basic understanding ofquality control principles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technicalcertifications are aplus.
