Description
Hiring Operations Executive to manage the state operations in Tamil Nadu.


Qualification :
Any Graduates


Language Proficiency :
English and Tamil


Roles

  • Allocation of cases to Field Officers (FO) 2. Follow ups with FO to get the cases INTAT 3. Daily activity report to manager
  • Daily maintenance of claim MIS
  • Assisting TA calculations of FO's fortnightly
  • Daily update of out of TAT cases and closures to the manager.
  • Calling the Patient ( Insured Party ) Whenever required.
  • Provide timely updates regarding claims to Manager and HO
  • Cashless Claims follow up on a regular basis.
  • Assist with translation of the case documents

Responsibilities

  • Complete cases INTAT both cashless and reimbursement
  • Ensure enough manpower strength to do the process
  • Avoid maximum withdrawal of claims

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Experience:


  • Operations: 1 year (preferred)
