    Reporting to (Manager/Team Lead), you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the larger vision of our organization. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve our goals.

    Essential Functions

    Lead and oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.

    Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the software development team.

    Drive implementation of software engineering best practices and quality assurance processes.

    Design and develop software solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

    Troubleshoot complex software issues and provide innovative solutions.

    Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

    Lead and participate in agile development methodologies.

    Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

    Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software development.

    Experience in a leadership or senior engineering role.

    Proficiency in technologies such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, , Python, or Golang.

    Strong understanding of software engineering principles and agile methodologies.

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Nice to Haves

    Experience with scalable and distributed systems.

    Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
