Description

As an SSO, you are expected to:
Ensure a delightful customer service experience by developing a strong rapport with the Student & Parents.

Addressing the concerns of Students & Parents by offering a quick resolution.


Collaborate and consult with parents, teachers, branch head and any other stakeholders to ensure a favourable learning environment for the student.

Ensure collection of outstanding fee from parents within the specified time.

Ensure retention of Students and controlling Left-outs.


Collaborate with ACAD and Non ACAD teams, to manage all class announcements, notice board maintenance & Parent Teacher Meeting Coordination.

Ensure adherence to internal process and compliances.

To be successful in the SSO role you are required to have:
Ability to handle students and parents in an empathic & patient manner.

Fluency in English and Regional Language communication.


Must to have Attitude:
Customer Orientation.

Sense of Ownership and Accountability.

Result orientation.

Emotional intelligence for working in a Team.


Qualification:
Must have bachelor's degree.

Preferred BTech / MBA /Masters in Education, etc.


Experience:

Previous experience in customer handling across industry.

Student & Parents.

Branch's Academic & Non-Academic teams.

Regional Operations Team.

Pay:
Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
