    Junior Content Researcher

    Experience: 0 - 2 years, open to freshers

    Salary: K per month

    Education: Preferred Mass com graduates

    Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred

    *Candidates to be taken on as temporary fellowship/internship for a 6M contract period. Based on their performance, post 6M, they may be confirmed (with an increase in salary and designation) or may end contract with a fellowship/internship certificate

    · Strong Researching, Writing/ Editing, Well Read & High General Awareness

    · Motivated, Creative, Collaborative

    · Should be able to sniff content

    About the Role: Associate- Content Research:

    We're looking for graduates/post-graduates for a full-time position for the role of a research associate for the Research and Curation Team. You need to love research and feel a personal stake in the future of science, design, technology, politics, philosophy, art, and/or pop culture. You need to excavate ideas that have the power to contribute and bring about an exponential change. You will be liaising with speakers and the team to build impactful talks that bring ideas to life.

    We are looking for candidates with a sharp eye, an ear for language, boundless curiosity and an attitude of getting things done to assist in the day-to-day content research, speaker development, curation and speaker showcase/event activities.

    You will be responsible for researching and reaching out to people with great ideas from across the world. Being a part of this team is an opportunity to meet and closely interact with some of the most dynamic change-makers in the world and help them build the talk of their lives.

    The Role Includes:


    • Research, pitch and discuss ideas for events to the team.


    • Research, document and reach out to changemakers and industry experts from different fields.


    • Report to the team lead, during every step of research, documentation, and coordination.


    • Work with speakers to help them present the most interesting ideas.


    • Work with the curator to make sure that programs are consistently fascinating and have a strong content line-up


    • Work with speakers to ensure they deliver their talks for all salons, sessions, and other -related events.


    • Other duties and special projects as may be assigned from time to time.

    Key Skills:


    • Must have a strong critical eye, express views and opinions that could lead to action, express ideas clearly and concisely


    • Must be able to organize, document and categorize ideas
