Roles & Responsibilities:

The Solution Architect will work with cross-functional teams across India to shape Finance Transformation Integrated Services (FTIS) offerings and propositions; launch and drive the GTM in the domestic market and solution transformation opportunities.


  • Details include:
  • FTIS Offering related support
  • Support to validate and shape FTIS offerings and value proposition
  • Develop clientfacing content including GTM playbooks with hypothesisled transformation drivers, themes and detailed out offerings and delivery approach and outcomes
  • Liase with internal crossfunctional teams to collate marketfacing content on engagement approaches, credentials, accelerators etc.
  • Socialize playbooks and ensure engagement with internal teams and leaders on FTIS propositions
  • Track and monitor market developments, and realign FTIS offerings as needed
  • GotoMarket role
  • Shape and launch FTIS GTM strategies in sectors and clients of focus (largely domestic client focus)
  • Establish new opportunity / leads through liaising with internal (crossfunctional) client delivery and relationship teams
  • Drive and orchestrate an active account coverage program
  • Initiate conversations with CFOs/ Finance Controllers, introduce FTIS offerings and value proposition and identify opportunities and leads
  • Support in qualification of opportunities
  • With crossfunctional and sector SMEs, shape collaborationfocused and transformational solutions including:
  • Solution storyboarding and solution strategy
  • Win strategy
  • Solution component / building block identification through collaboration and crosscompetency thinktank builds
  • Defining differentiated solution approach and value prop
  • Maintain and manage relationships with key clients, including account management on a casetocase basis
  • Build/support FTIS pipeline tracking and management
  • Own and orchestrate internal FTIS governance with sectoral and competency leaders
  • Socialize FTIS wins within the firm through win notes, credential sharing etc.
  • Administratively manage FTIS opportunity and project code creation, track and monitor FTIS revenue, including governance of actual vs. target
  • Alliances build support
  • Support product alliance initiatives, including ecosystem research for new products aligned to FTIS offerings, orchestrate demos and product evaluation discussions within relevant teams
  • Enable jointbusiness relationship (JBR) contracting and approvals
  • On a casetocase basis, evaluate opportunities for product whitelabelling and custom development
  • Project manage alliancelinked hiring, training
  • Embed alliance details and propositions into FTIS playbooks and GTM approaches
  • Thought leadership and brand visibility
  • Support and drive brand visibility and marketing initiatives including CFO surveys, conferences, summits etc.
  • Identify CFO/ sectorrelevant themes and support in insightful, thoughtleadership content creation. Will require collaboration and interaction with
  • Liase with market research firms for content publication and circulation
  • Administratively manage FTIS marketing spend and track vs. budget

Education and Experience:


  • MBA or comparable graduate degree
  • 810 years+ professional experience, preferably in a finance transformation consulting / advisory role including other Big 4, IT-ITES organizations
  • Must have significant experience managing multiplestakeholder environments, including engagement with senior leadership
  • Demonstrated success in the development and execution of finance transformation programs, including engagement with CFOs, CIOs etc.
  • Proven experience in large deal solutioning, including deal shaping; commercial structuring etc.
  • Must be digital native possessing a strong interest in technology tools and latest advancements in the industry
  • Has played account management role for mid and large domestic client accounts
  • Has contributed to thoughtleadership content creation, support in surveys etc
  • Essential Skills:
  • Can navigate within complex dynamic organizations and communicate the value proposition to promote internal agreement
  • Highimpact written and oral communication skills.
  • A strong willingness to take initiative, work autonomously and manage time effectively to meet pressing deadlines
  • Outstanding records of academic / professional achievement
  • Be willing to travel to upto 20% of the time
