Job Purpose:


We are looking for a Finance executive to take charge of the Transactional Finance, Accounting & Reconciliation of our company by administering accounting operations.

Ultimately, He'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.


Responsibilities:


  • To Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
  • Process/ upload/ posting/ sending invoices.
  • Update internal/ external systems with financial data.
  • AP/ AR activities and reconciliation
  • Managing and responding to client with finance related queries

Requirements and skills:


  • Two to four year of work experience as a Finance role
  • Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Experience using financial software,
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • English communication/ written skills
