**Telesales or Backend Sales:
- **We're looking for a Telesales who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Telesales will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Telesales Duties:

Identify, qualify, and refer potential clients to appropriate sales representatives for sales opportunities or to appropriate departments for information about products or services.
Input customer information into computer and verbally relay information to sales representatives regarding customer sales opportunities.
Record customer contacts, sales information, and other information about products and services.
Communicate with sales representatives regarding customer calls.

Must be Graduate in any stream.
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Good knowledge of English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Cooltempered and able to handle rejection.
Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.

Salary:
₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
