A Houston, Texas, USA based Logistics
company is in need for Process Associates to work from our office in Kolkata
and deal with its hiring program.
As a
Process Associate you will be responsible to deliver the following responsibilities**:

  • Handle inbound calls with utmost professionalism abiding by the call etiquettes of the highest order
  • Niche out sublime negotiation skills assertively
  • Work on Job Boards
  • Manage listings on Job Portals
  • Maintain Daily MIS reports

Requisites:


  • A minimum of 2 years of international BPO related voice process experience is a prerequisite
  • Excellent command over verbal and written English is a necessity
  • Previous Hiring experience is a plus
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be willing to start immediately
