Experience:

2+ years' in quality control or quality assurance position:

2+ years' in a supervisory position a plus

Ability to give solution on identified QC problem
Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and SAP
Sufficient knowledge about CAPA / 5S / Check sheet / Control Chart

**Job Description:
- *

Formulate and set quality policies according to global furniture quality standards and legal regulations for quality control function.
Lead special inspection tool design process.
Manage the disposal of nonconforming material, components and products, ensuring that company and product quality requirements are met.
Monitor the verification and followup of quality issues occurring at the production line and customer sites, ensuring all open issues can be closed in a timely manner.
Interface with suppliers/OEMs on inspection methods, test report requirements in technical agreements, master sample signoff, onsite inspections, sorting arrangement, and components and products disposal method.
Manage major inspection activities to support new big projects, quality improvement and cost saving projects
Keep drawing issues record and feedback to Product marketing and Engineering (designing) team on monthly basis to drive improvement.
Manage manufacturing quality: process audit, product audit, developing and updating inspection working instructions and control plans, quality awareness training, process nonconformity goods disposal, etc;
Oversee Mockup/Control Sample quality inspections/vendor visits.
Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity
Maintain, test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices
Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs
Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards
Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately
Manage our quality assurance division and ensure all employees meet their required quotas
Provide training and support to QA team
Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines.
