Job Title:
Export Sales Manager - Pharmaceuticals (Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape for dermaceutical products in the target regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, importers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective market penetration and distribution of products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies tailored to each market.
- Provide training and support to distributors and their sales teams on product knowledge, positioning, and sales techniques.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements and changes in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to enhance brand visibility and identify potential business opportunities.
- Travel frequently to assigned regions to maintain relationships with distributors, conduct sales meetings, and assess market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in international markets.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically dermaceuticals, including regulations, market dynamics, and customer preferences in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, importers, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including market research, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to assigned regions as required.
- Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of local languages in the target regions is a plus.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
