You will join a team focused on delivering business impact through transformation of Data Quality management.

The role will require working with stakeholders across Client Operations, other sub-LOBs and Chief Data Office to ensure fit-for-purpose data, looking to leverage best practice across the industry and other J.P.

Morgan business units.


Responsibilities:


  • Be responsible for all Onboarding / KYCrelated Remediation, Datarelated remediation and Delivery
  • Serve as the regional liaison for the Global teams in matters relating to data and associated controls ensuring procedure updates and relevant trainings and communications are delivered impacting business and/or process changes and m aintain a relevant and updated process knowledge within the Onboarding space to be able to effectively influence and manage effective remediation
  • Track and manage milestones and dependencies to ensure effective understanding and communication between core team and stakeholder community
  • Ensure projects are all rigorously governed and documented and p artner with key business stakeholders e.g. business and operational teams, Legal, Compliance, Business Management, Oversight & Control, Audit, Business Initiative Leaders, project teams and Technology on fulfilling responsibilities of the Client Onboarding team and implementing the business strategy
  • Conduct GAP analysis; identify key areas of risk or concern and impact to the business and Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and business partners with the purpose of informing interested parties on all key milestones, accomplishments, programs, activities and overall successes

Required Qualification, skills and Capabilities:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services/banking industry with a demonstrated trackrecord of Data Quality Management, Process Analysis, and Process Improvement
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent experience. Advanced technical degree or MBA a plus, but not required
  • Experience in Client Onboarding or Client KYC is a plus
  • Worked in a Business Analysis, Data Governance, Data Quality or Data Management role in the past preferred
  • Experience in root cause problem solving (problem statement synthesis, root cause, impact analysis, solution identification and selection, implementation) a must
  • Creation of unique solutions with lens of automation, process and controls

Preferred Qualification, skills and Capabilities:


  • Experience in Data Processing and Data Cleaning is must
  • Microsoft desktop productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, SharePoint) is must
  • Experience in Report Automation using Alteryx will be a plus
  • Experience in Data Visualization using Tableau will be a plus
  • Experience in Process management using Signavio will be a plus
  • Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus
