Department - QMS Operations-
The Position

  • As an Advanced Quality Professional II, you will be responsible for case handling on QualityDocs (a content management system by Veeva Systems). You will also be responsible for system maintenance tasks, and Content Control tasks in collaboration with Content Control team in DK.

You are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Daily support of QualityDocs end users and make sure that case handling is performed timely and according to KPIs.
  • Take an active part in problem investigation in close collaboration with QualityDocs System Admin India and contact person in DK.
  • Process Landscape maintenance (half yearly), Meta data maintenance, and ensure continuous improvement for QualityNow (Ticketing tool to raise queries).
  • Ensure continuous improvement of training and supporting material and design test cases and run test for QualityDocs releases.
  • QualityNow Governance testing, change implementation & releases, improvements, vendor coordination.
    Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Overall, 57 years of work experience.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience working in GxP regulated industry within relevant area.
  • Documented supplementary training within field of expertise would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in supporting Quality based IT systems and QMS processes.
  • Can work independently and have a quality mindset.
  • Being proactive, commitment, enthusiasm and adaptable to change.
  • Being responsible, reliable and detail oriented.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good Stakeholder management.
  • Key ability to analyse business problems/challenges and to suggest solution scenarios to address them.
  • Ability to deal with or avoid stressful situations and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Preferably worked in global Projects
  • Preferably Worked in Veeva systems.

  • QualityDocs Support team is an extended team from Denmark. We provide endtoend functional support to the QualityDocs system (Content Management System) endusers via QualityNow and work closely with HQ in system releases and golive activities.
