What do we expect from you?
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Business Development:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Present product/service offerings to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets within designated timelines.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, client preferences, and product/service enhancements.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Job Requirement
You're a great fit if you already meet the following prerequisites.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 46 years of experience in a Sales Account Executive role
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Selfmotivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
