Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive organic growth.

You will be the voice of our brand on various social media platforms and will be responsible for creating and curating compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to align with our brand goals and target audience.
• Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and design, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all social media channels.
• Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase engagement, and achieve conversion goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track social media performance and generate insights for optimization.
• Generate monthly reports on social media metrics, trends, and campaign results, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry news, trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, demonstrating successful management of social media channels and campaigns.
• Indepth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
