Job Description for RTR - Consolidation

Responsibilities:


  • Intercompany reconciliation on consolidation level for balances for AR, AP, Loans, advances, and Income Expenses on monthly basis to have ZERO difference in the consolidated books of account.
  • Group Sales and Nongroup Sales checking based on trading partner correctness and getting rectified on monthly basis in case of error discrepancies.
  • Posting of monthend accruals & provisions as per given timelines. Forex Revaluation, Distribution cycle run.
  • Monthly Intercompany Reconciliation along with root cause analysis for differences & posting the same.
  • Monthly /weekly Bank Reconciliation to ensure no open items pending more than 1 month.
  • Creation of Fixed Asset Master as per Asset Class, Asset Capitalisation, transfer, disposal & sale, Monthly Depreciation Run, Assets Reporting to Management & Auditors.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation, followup with stakeholders to clear the BS open items.
  • Monthly/quarterly Inventory provision for Standard Vs Actual, NRV, LED & slowmoving inventory.
  • Global Exchange rate maintain in SAP, BW and BPC platforms.

Technical Requirement:

  • Minimum 45 years of experience with SAP FICO.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BPC Reporting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on WD analyzer.
  • Advance Excel.
  • At least 3 years of consolidation reporting experience.

Qualification:

  • A Graduate qualification in Finance is mandatory/ postgraduate/ MBA Finance/ Inter CA desirable
