    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our team at Docile. The ideal candidate will be a female with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Docile franchise opportunities to potential investors. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to expand our franchise network.

    Responsibilities:

    Actively seek out and identify potential investors interested in Docile franchise opportunities.

    Conduct market research to identify target demographics and develop strategies to reach potential investors effectively.

    Generate leads through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, networking.

    Build and maintain relationships with potential investors, guiding them through the franchise evaluation process and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

    Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of partnering with Docile.

    Facilitating the signing of franchise agreements.

    Collaborate with the Franchise Development team to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new franchisees.

    Should attend the Company Conferences and Meetings across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and explain the Franchise to the members.

    Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and expansion of the franchise network.

    Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.

    Requirements:

    Minimum required education: Post Graduation in any field, Sales background is more preferred.

    Proven track record in sales, preferably in the franchise or retail industry.

    Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English, both written and verbal.

    Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.

    Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with potential investors.

    Sound understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

    Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage leads and customer interactions.

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential investors and attend industry events.
