How you'll make an impact:


Learning Partner:

Under general daily supervision of the Manager of Learning and Development, the Learning Partner identifies learning opportunities, develops, delivers, and implements learning solutions that help employees adapt to changing business needs and measures and monitors the effectiveness of those programs.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

Deliver individual, group and eLearning instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas in a specified field.


Formulate training outlines and determining instructional methods utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.

Develops training aids including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, and ILT materials.


Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs, and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.

Identify training needs and training gaps in the organization in close cooperation with the key stakeholders, leaders, training committee, HR Business Partners,

etc.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to utilize strategic and critical thinking skills within the full training lifecycle.

Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of training and instructional design methodology to create general and specialized training programs.

Knowledge of techniques to assess training program effectiveness, including use of applicable metrics.

Proven ability to build rapport, relationships, and interact with people at all levels in the organization.

Proven ability to prioritize and adjust priorities based on changing business needs.

Time management and organizational skills.

Analytical, technical and problem solving skills.


What we're looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or Education.
  • Proven ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with internal/external stakeholders and business partners.
  • Practical experience with training and design software, such as Articulate
  • Storyline 360.
  • Practical experience with documentation software, such as Information Mapping.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodology to include process improvement, analysis, and maturity modeling.
  • 3+ years of creating and implementing soft and technical training.
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%).
