About the Job:


We are in search of a Sales Support Specialist to manage the business tender process, producing proposals and competitive bids for new business opportunities from quotation submission through to contract award.

To generate the qualified leads and set up the senior level meetings.


What will you do?

  • To conduct market research for effective potential lead generation
  • Achieve target in terms of lead generation and by setting up the meetings for qualified leads.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within given territory.
  • Ensure all opportunities are qualified effectively, fully scoping all customer requirements prior to involving the Bids & Pricing team.
  • Conduct a formal bid review process on any new bids as required to ensure all commercial pricings, operational requirements, close plans, and risks have been shared and communicated to key stakeholders and identify support requirements to ensure ESP is strongly placed to win the business.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success rates and conversions, including forecasting and maintaining the CRM system on all related sales activity to provide routine status reporting to the Sales Management Team on the status of multiple tasks, functions, proposals in the bid pipeline.
  • Complete the required documentations (with input from various departments) and ensure each submission is made within the required timescales.

  • 24 years' experience required in IT Sales Service Industry.
  • 24 years' experience in an ITSM environment.
  • 24 years' experience in Lead Generation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills in Excel advanced required.
  • Experience in using tools like CRM dynamics.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Working hours Monday-Friday from 12:30PM09:30PM.
