Description

1)Primary Responsibilities:

Ø Take inventory of the vehicle before start of Job and update if any abnormalities or mismatched observed with respect to initial inventory.

Ø To attend to all complaints mentioned on the Repair Order (R.O) and provide right recommendations for the same.

Ø To complete the allocated job within the prescribed time limits.

Ø To fix the defects right the first time.

Ø To utilise workshop tools & equipment's responsibly w.r.t. issuing & returning.

Ø Ensure usage of protective covers while working on the vehicle.

Ø While working in workshop always adhere to the safety norms and maintain and wear all personal safety wear's (safety suits, shoes, helmet, goggles, hand gloves etc.)

Ø To report additional repair requirement on customer's vehicle.

Ø Stripping the vehicle and ensure that the stripped parts are been stored & kept properly to avoid any damage or misplacement.

Ø Re fitting the stripped parts / new parts on the vehicle correctly as per the OEM's norms to avoid any serious untoward incident /accidents/failures.

2)Secondary Responsibilities:

Ø Keep the working area/shop floor clean and free from any old parts and used oil.

Ø To ensure that all damaged/discarded parts is been disposed/stored/returned appropriately as per the set norms of dealership and / OEM.

Ø Properly fill the requisition slip for required approvedparts.

Ø To carry out periodic maintenance as mentioned in the service schedule & OEM's standardised check sheets.

Ø To return all replaced parts.

Ø Taking proper care of hand tools and equipment's.

Ø Maintain cleanliness of customer's vehicle.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
