    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential candidates, matching their skills and experience to our clients' requirements, and ensuring a successful placement. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with a required experience level of 4 to 6 years.

    Qualifications and Skills

    4 to 6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or a similar role in the IT services industry

    Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in high-quality job opportunities

    Strong knowledge of the IT industry, current market trends, and technologies

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients

    Ability to assess candidate skills and experience, and match them to client requirements

    Good negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful placements

    Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

    Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit

    Match candidates with client requirements, taking into consideration their technical expertise, industry experience, and career aspirations

    Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future placements

    Negotiate and finalize employment offers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the candidate and the client

    Manage and maintain candidate data and records in our applicant tracking system

    Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise candidates and clients

    Collaborate with team members and clients to understand current and future staffing needs

    Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
