What's this role about?

We currently have an opportunity for a Salesforce Technical Architect who has 12+ years of experience in development and designing on Salesforce CRM.
Here's how you'll contribute:
Translate business requirements into wellarchitected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
Ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale
With UML diagrams, design documentation and bestpractice methodologies; you will be responsible for the detailed design of Salesforce related projects from inception through production support
Ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the Customer
Ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance requirements are closely monitored by working with the development teams.
Develops/reviews technical documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with technology directions
Articulate design considerations, tradeoffs, benefits, and recommendations for technical architecture
Collaborate with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution.

Skills required to contribute:

12+ years of experience in architecting handling large/medium size SFDC implementation projects
Mandatory experience on Sales, Service and Community cloud
Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired endstates, and deliver a CRM solution.
Experienced in regional Salesforce rollouts understanding the potential and limitations of Salesforce
Able to manage technical team prioritizing the deliveries as per project objectives
Should be hands on and should drive best practices on platform development
Should have hands on experience of at least 3 plus on lightning
Should enforce best design and salesforce config/coding practices with the team
Should be proficient in designing and building solution in salesforce technologies in declarative

and programmatic constructs.

Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall and support methodologies
Identify and mitigate solution, design, or technical risk at early stage
Perform design reviews and own the technical build for the complete project.
