Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

1.


Develop and execute digital marketing strategies:
Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives. Identify target audiences, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and establish marketing budgets.

2.


Website optimization and SEO/SEM:
Drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings through effective search engine optimization (SEO) techniques. Manage paid search campaigns, analyze keyword performance, and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) efforts.

3.


Social media management:
Oversee social media marketing initiatives across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop engaging content, monitor social media trends, analyze campaign performance, and leverage social media advertising opportunities.

Content marketing:
Develop a content strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives and resonates with the target audience. Coordinate content creation, manage the editorial calendar, and ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.

Digital advertising:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including display ads, search ads, and social media ads.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Analytics and reporting:
Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics using digital analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and drive continuous optimization.

8.


Team collaboration and management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative/design, web development, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives. Manage external agencies and vendors when necessary.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven work experience as a digital marketing manager or in a similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus

Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
