About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate...


In this role, you will:


  • Provides realtime centralized incident response.
  • Gathers details for the Single Problem Management Incident Report (SPMIR).
  • Takes ownership to drive incidents through to resolution for CSBBO.
  • Initiates the impact collection process to gather details for how the event affected CSBBO
  • Assessing incidents for further escalation.
  • Provide on call support and be available to manage the ad hoc incidents post working hours.
  • Assisting in driving team objectives and meeting performance standards
  • Tracking and reporting on the status of completion of the Incidents.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management.
  • Experience with governance and oversight requirements for regulatory and risk reporting
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems.
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations.
  • Ability to partner and coordinate with multiple processes and prepare document and present the Incident report.
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs.
  • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions.
  • Ability to prepare presentations, management reporting, and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills.
