Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall running of the sales team.
  • Achieve growth and complete the sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Build and promote healthy, longlasting customer relations with existing and new supplier.
  • Liaise and develop professional relationships with regional Representatives and Executives.
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities.
  • Manage the relationship with Developers to generate more opportunities.
  • Liaise with the Commercial Manager, Courses & Events Team Leader and colleagues where necessary to include plans to implement any proposed changes and improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its presence by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses

Qualification and Skills

  • Any Graduate can apply.
  • Must have 5 years of real estate sales experience in B2C sales.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven Knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Previous experience of Team handling.
Salary negotiable


Salary:
₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
