    Description

    Primary Responsibility

    Work with stakeholders to gather and understand unique business requirements and build customized solutions to meet their analytic and reporting needs with Adobe Analytics platform.

    • with different stakeholder teams to understanding web requests, identify the appropriate web KPI's to build reports, dashboards, and handle ad-hoc data pulls
    • monitor, identify, and analyze key KPI's and trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve user experience and site engagement rates
    • and maintain SDR and report suites according to different sites and locales.
    • knowledge on Marketing Channel Processing rules and able to setup calculated metrics inside Analytics tools.
    • close with QA & Dev team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations.
    • dashboards, workspaces and ad-hoc reports showcasing present trends, progress rate against established KPI's, goals and lead generation activities.
    • understanding on web analytics packages (Google Analytics/ Adobe Analytics) and familiarity with tag management systems (Launch/GTM)
    • experience in implementing 3rd party or Marketing pixels such as Meta pixel, Google Tag, Linked-in tags etc.
    • with Adobe Target – A/B, Multivariate testing platforms and methodology.

    Desired Experience

    • experience of about 3-5 years in implementation of digital analytics and optimization solutions with a focus on Adobe / Google Analytics, Adobe Target
    • with Tag management systems – DTM, Adobe Launch is must
    • knowledge JavaScript, CSS, HTML and JQuery.
    • in setting up Data-Layer format and working with front end development teams.
    • in integrating Adobe Analytics with other tools (Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign)
    • in working on Agile methodologies.
    • project management, organization, and communication skills.

    Preferred Certifications

    Adobe Experience Cloud related certifications.
