We are looking for aCustomer Care Executive to join our team.
As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the appropriate departments to help improve products and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers.
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
