Job Description:

In this position the individual will

Be responsible and accountable for the Portable SSD system engineering function
Play the role of system design lead and work closely with other functional teams like ASIC, Nand, hardware, firmware during product dev & qualification phase
Mentor and lead junior talent technically for execution & innovation excellence
Ability to take on full responsibility of end-to-end product definition, design and validation execution

Qualifications:

This position requires a BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent with 12 or more years of related experience. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. A proven desire to operate as a team player, both within and outside of the team. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
