Objective of the Job:
The key purpose of the job is to converse with Kirana Store owners, solve their queries, help them improve and develop their business efficiently, guide them in their journey of transforming their Kirana store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing all queries of the Kirana owners relating to development and improvement of their business.
- Motivating Kirana owners by providing them comfort and confidence to change and modernise their store.
- Providing solutions for Kirana's business improvement requirements.
- Act as a mentor for Kiranas who professionally engage us for supporting their transformation.
- Act as an Account Manager for Kiranas assigned for transformation and maintain a good relationship and create a strong network with people.
- Ensure that transformation of stores is complete as per the company's norms.
- Provide feedback on learnings and support documentation of the same.
Requirements and Skills:
- Pursued Bachelor's / Professional Degree
- Keen and Curious Learner
- Influencing skills and Mentoring Skills
- Comfortable with public speaking (physically and digitally)
- Well verse with Hindi and other local languages
- Knowledge about Retail Industry
- Serviceminded
- Familiar with basics of Excel
- Hands on experience with Data information and Data handling
Pay:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
