Position:
Homecare Nurse
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and develop personalized care plans.
- Oro/Nasal Suction
- Tracheostomy Care
- Bed Sore Management
- BiPAP & Oxygen support management
- CPR
- Ryle's Tube feeding
- IV Channle insertion and drip management
- Urinal Catheter Management
- Basic Medical Equipment handling
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Test Sample collection
- IM & SUB CUT injections
- Administering medicine as per instruction
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall progress regularly.
- Provide education to patients and their families on proper healthcare practices, medication management, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and therapists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Assess and address the emotional and psychological needs of patients and their families, offering support and guidance.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
