Description

As an Interior & Exterior 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning 3D renderings and models of both interior and exterior spaces.

Your role is crucial in helping clients and stakeholders visualize and make informed decisions regarding architectural and design projects.

You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to bring designs to life in a three-dimensional digital format.

Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling and Rendering : Create detailed 3D models of interior and exterior spaces, incorporating architectural plans and design concepts.

Produce high-quality 3D renderings that accurately represent the design vision, considering lighting, textures, materials, and colors.

Design Collaboration :
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
Provide design recommendations and make adjustments as needed to ensure client satisfaction and design feasibility.

Visualization :

Develop interior and exterior visualizations that allow clients and stakeholders to experience the design concept in a realistic manner.

Present design concepts through walkthroughs, animations, and interactive 3D models to facilitate decision-making.

Software Proficiency:

Utilize industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software such as; _
Autodesk 3ds Max_
and V-Ray, to create and edit 3D assets.

Maintain and update software skills to adapt to emerging technologies.

Client Interaction :
Engage with clients to understand their design preferences and provide them with regular updates on the design process. Address client feedback and make necessary revisions to meet their expectations.

Quality Assurance :
Conduct thorough quality checks on 3D models and renderings to ensure accuracy, realism, and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Interior & Exterior 3D Designer.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software.
Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Creative and innovative design skills.
Ability to adapt to changing design requirements and work under pressure.
