As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our digital marketing initiatives.
Greeting and Welcoming Visitors:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, or employees upon their arrival.
Provide a positive and professional first impression of the organization.
Answering and Directing Calls:
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Take messages and provide basic information to callers.
Receiving and Sorting Mail:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Distribute mail to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Managing Appointments and Schedules:
Schedule and manage appointments for employees or clients.
Maintain and update calendars for meeting rooms or shared spaces.
Providing Information:
Offer information about the organization, its services, and relevant details to visitors.
Assist with general inquiries and direct individuals to the right resources.
Handling Administrative Tasks:
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Security and Access Control:
Monitor and control access to the premises.
Issue visitor badges and maintain security protocols.
Assisting with Basic IT Support:
Provide basic technical support, such as helping visitors connect to Wi-Fi or troubleshoot minor issues.
Cash Handling (if applicable):Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records (relevant in settings like hotels or service-oriented businesses).
Emergency Response:
Follow emergency procedures and provide assistance during evacuations or other crisis situations.
Customer Service:
Offer excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for visitors and clients.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with other departments to coordinate activities and provide support as needed.
Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused mindset are crucial for success in a front desk role. Additionally, familiarity with office equipment, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are often required.
Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
