Business Development Executive,
Job Description & Key Result Areas (KRAs):
The above-mentioned role is expected to be the Individual Contributor Role primarily
responsible for managing operations towards Business Development and establishing Brand
Recall Value for M/s Dudhi Industries Pvt. Ltd.
Responsibilities:
- Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers
with channel partners.
- Own and drive the B2B Sales pipeline in Govt. Sector / PSUs / Leading Housing
Consultants organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of the product lines and the associated target niche customers.
appropriate desires for the product offering.
- Prepare and present impressive clients.
- Presentation for our product lines.
- Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales
- Optimize business development plan by working closely with new channel partners to
prequalification of leads.
- Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand
- Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects
- Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Professional Services,
brand visibility with, executives and professional associations.
- Expand Business in the allotted area through Architects, Builders, Consultants, PMC,
Builders & interior designers for tracking of their ongoing & future projects.
- Liasioning with the Government's new infrastructure projects. Specifying products in
- Organizing corporate presentations in Government departments and Architectural
- Analytical skills for business development smartly and efficiently.
- Focused and client-wise competition mapping, competitors' updates, analyzing
- Project identification and tracking throughout the Project life cycle for identifying
- Managing Key Accounts to maximize the business potential & achieve the sales
- Handling Government accounts like Soochna Bhawan, Nirman Bhawan, NDMC,
Naval Housing, etc
- Participating in Exhibitions & Trade Fairs to Generate leads.
Desired Skills:
1. 2+ years of experience in channel sales or Project sales.
- Experience in dealing with Potential clients Like Government Department, PSU,
- Newmarket identification and development.
- Knowledge of construction products and furnishing markets.
- Interpersonal and Influencing skills
Fluent verbal communication skills:
Hindi and
English both compulsory.
- Cross-functional Networking.
Educational Background/ Work Experience:
- Any Graduate or Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Work experience in Delhi NCR in the Building Material industry with project sales
Paints, Plywood, PVC Plumbing Pipe, Electrical, Switch Gear Industries, Sanitary Ware
and Bathroom Fittings, Air-conditioning of reputed companies like (Supreme Plastic
Piping, Ashirvad Pipes, Asian Granito India Ltd., Kohler, Jaguar, Cera, Hindware,
TOTO, Duravit, Parryware, Eros, Somany, JOHNSON BATHROOMS, Roca, Neycer,
Cera, Kohler). Experience should be mandatory in the respective locality in Delhi NCR
for the last 2 years.
