Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.
  • You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales Managers, Product Managers, resolve customer issues.
  • You will act as a change agent and look for ways to improve Customer Care processes.
  • Should have a strong understanding of social networking and social media
  • Should be able to coordinate and implement social media interactions with responsibilities that include creating brand awareness online

Required Experience and Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate
0-1 years of work experience in the relevant domain
