We are currently seeking a Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Associate (Payroll to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

**Job Description: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Advisor (Payroll)
years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM

Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource EndtoEnd Business Flows
Expert functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll module along with other multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning)
Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries
Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
