    Description

    Role: Store Manager

    Job Level/Designation: M1

    Function/Department: Retail

    Location: Bahadurgarh

    Job Purpose:

    • Drive customer satisfaction and manage all store activities, including customer service, sales, and revenue targets across various products.
    • Implement marketing promotions and enhance store experience.
    • Ensure compliance with HSW guidelines and educate staff on safety protocols.

    Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:

    Sales

    • Achieve TNPS & EQ.
    • Meet revenue targets and increase revenue per customer visit.
    • Promote sales of all products at the store and maintain quality of customer acquisitions.

    RoI

    • Meet profitability targets and minimize losses from pilferage and shrinkage.

    Customer Service

    • Enhance customer retention and satisfaction levels.

      • Store Management

      • Ensure adherence to store processes and infrastructure upkeep.
      • Maintain stock availability and ensure proper product placement and displays.

      Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience:

      Strong communication skills and knowledge of technology advancements.

      Continuous learning, talent empowerment, and team building skills.

      Effective decision-making and achieving results.

      Understanding of consumer products, services, and technology.

      Sales planning, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities.

      Must have technical/professional qualifications:

      • Essential: Graduation - Regular

      • Desired: Post-graduation in business management/MBA

      • Work experience: 1-4 years

      • Experience in retail store management and customer relationship management

      • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and effective cost management.
