Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

This role requires a strong combination of interpersonal skills, business acumen, and a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Understand clients' needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor product or service offerings accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough research on target industries, competitors, and market trends to position our offerings effectively.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to close sales deals, ensuring a winwin situation for both the company and the client.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Build and nurture longlasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing and customer support, to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customercentric approach to sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a selfmotivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and willingness to embrace new sales strategies.
  • High level of resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company's products/services.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
