will you be doing?

The chief role of a Visual Designer Associate is to work very closely on the briefs and ideas given to him/her for brand and marketing campaigns and come up with creative visuals to communicate the message.
We don't have specific color designs always; we believe in letting you sail in the infinite world of creativity and deliver us visuals which solve our communication challenges be it in Pink. Blue. Green. Black. White. Line. Illustration. Graphics. Slow Motion etc we are open to all.

• You will be creating Magic.

• You will be Creating a world where Repos is not only changing the energy distribution of the world but also impacting millions of lives on the planet through your designs

• You will be leading a path that has never been walked before, maybe be the next picas.

• You will be a part of creating a global brand which is there in the top 3 brands of the world (Why Not?) Since we are into e-commerce of energy, the need for energy will never vanish. And it is our dream to create a brand where we stand for something larger than ourselves.

• You will be designing to provide a solution, to communicate a value proposition and not just aesthetics (well we expect you to be a master of basics)

• You will be working closely with the Brand and Marketing head where you will be a part of the strategic meetings where you are expected to take the brief of the campaigns/creatives/stories, visualize and deliver the communication which our audience will connect with
And Last,

• You will be changing the world and showing your magic (We know this for sure)

• You cannot be a great Visual Designer unless you know how to bring your ideas to life and have worked on creatives and brochures that help sell products, mastered layouts, photography and typography. Hands on experience on all design tools and knowledge/know Illustrations, understanding the psychology behind colors and how to make creatives which are visually more powerful and have less content.

• Working with creative team (content, video), PR, social media, advertising, printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, web developers and marketing specialists to deliver the requirements for the campaigns and inhouse requirements

• Getting involved with the organization and different departments at that depth, which will help you to create mind boggling ideas for your creatives/collaterals for the campaigns. After a brief, developing design briefs/mood boards and presenting different designs, concepts, and sample layouts to communicate the message effectively (remember minimalism is the key)

• Remembering that the best creatives are always the ones which helps in selling the product/Service because if it doesn't t sell, it is not creative" (of course someone said it before us)

• Working on the look and feel (positioning) of the products, services and which will act as an umbrella to the sales & marketing to drive numbers. (Yes You will have to do the home-work of the market and products)

• Constantly working on the Brand image building and communicating to the world who we are and what we stand for, consistently. Design is our key language (YES It's not a one-time work)

• Taking care of all the communication/design language that goes out on our digital
assets or physical.

• Working with a wide range of tools and software's in the design world. Awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design department

• 2+ years as a designer, preferably in the fields of marketing and brand campaigns.

• Planning and scheduling your work, structured working style (As creativity
without structure is a mess). We love sincere artists

• A good psychologist who knows what people(team/customers) think and want.

• Willing and able to set high standards and a Mastery over execution (Ideas without action and execution are a delusion)

• Research-minded: researching the new trends in the design world and how to
communicate effectively through design

• Well versed in graphics, typography, layouts, and understand/ Know illustrations (as we work on all forms of design which helps us communicate effectively), a basic understanding UI/UX (additional)

• Obsessive curiosity about products, people and brand building.

• A sense of humor and carrying enthusiasm to work, everyday

• A hard worker – and fast (yes, we believe in giving everything we have and also
meeting our deadlines)

• The passion and ambition to come up with out of the box ideas.
