Job Summary:

As a Gym Sales Executive at WTF Fitness, you will be responsible for promoting our gym memberships, providing excellent customer service, and helping individuals embark on their fitness journey.

Your role will be crucial in driving membership sales and fostering a supportive fitness community.


Key Responsibilities:


Membership Sales:
Promote and sell gym memberships to prospective clients, both in-person and through effective communication.


Customer Engagement:
Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential members, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.


Membership Retention:
Assist in retaining existing members by offering support, guidance, and solutions to meet their fitness goals.


Lead Generation:
Generate leads through various marketing and outreach activities to expand the gym's customer base.


Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the gym's growth and success.


Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
• Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
