Job Summary:

The SEM/SEO Expert will be responsible for overseeing search engine marketing and optimization, including lead generation campaigns across search and social channels.

This role also involves creating dashboards, reports, and analytics to measure campaign success.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI
• Conduct keyword research using tools like Ahrefs and MOZ
• Make or advise on copy changes for SEO/CRO incentives
• Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign performance
• Implement lead generation campaigns across search and social channels
• Use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website traffic

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEM/SEO
• Proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, MOZ and Yoast
• Skilled in creating dashboards, reports, and analytics
• Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
• Technical experience managing ad accounts in an agency background strongly preferred
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
