Job Title:
Revit Modeler - Scan to BIM
Location:
Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities:
Scan to BIM Modeling:
- Utilize point cloud data obtained from 3D laser scans to create accurate and detailed Revit models.
- Ensure the conversion of scan data into BIM models meets LOD350 standards and client specifications.
Revit Modeling:
- Proficiently use Autodesk Revit to create 3D models of buildings and structures.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to incorporate design changes and updates into the BIM models.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies in the modeling process.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other members of the Scan to BIM team to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and expectations.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the field of BIM and 3D modeling.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and other relevant modeling software.
- Experience in working with point cloud data and knowledge of scan to BIM workflows.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BIM modeling.
