We are looking for Compliance Auditor to join our Bangalore Office


The roles & responsibilities include:


  • Undertaking internal audits of business activities against defined criteria principally, but not limited to, auditing compliance with Contractor Onboarding requirements (contract paperwork, legal, contractual, and professional services).
  • Working to resolve noncompliant placements by liaising with Commercial Compliance Officers, Assignment Support Teams, and Commercial & Legal Officers.
  • Collating and report on suggestions for improvements to processes, documents, and approaches that will Prevent noncompliant placements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date databases relating to commercial compliance, including, but not limited to SharePoint Contract Items and Onboarding Checklists.
  • Undertaking other duties commensurate with the position to ensure the smooth operation of NES Fircroft's high commercial compliance standards.

Here is what will make you successful in this role.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Previous compliance and contract management or contract administration experience.
  • A graduate degree.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong, clear, and confident telephone/videocall manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to accurately and consistently document and file written and verbal information.
  • The ability to work well independently while understanding when to refer to other team members, many of whom are based in the UK and USA.
