- Channel partner development
- Must possess an adequate network and must be able to build connections with the dealers and distributors in the Sangli/Solapur/Pune/Palghar market for our kind of product (biological products, Organica products).
- Channel sales
- Sales planning and revenue generation through channel partners in different districts of Sangli/Solapur/Pune/Palghar.
- Farmer connect
- Ability to develop rapport with local farmers, understand their crops, issues related to crops and suggest customised biological solutions for the same
- Team management ability to lead and manage a team of field assistants to generate sales, monitor team performance and manage day to day team operations and work planning
