Should have experience of 3-5 years in recruiting

Should be able to create job descriptions for the profiles whenever required

Should be able to post the jobs on various job portals

Should be able to search / generate leads from various job portals

Responsible for conducting telephonic interviews

Responsible for scheduling physical interviews

Should be strong in follow ups

Familiar with applicant tracking system
