Educational Qualification:
BE - IT/CS or MSc/Diploma 3 yrs in IT/CS or MCA

Experience:
4-8 years

Any additional requirement:
SAP / CCNA/CCNP with Proven experience in the same role

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) - Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial: To ensure project execution within Budget and Quality
Customer Oriented: Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Resolve end-user reported problems. Define network policies and procedures
People Oriented: Perform effective Weekly Operational Review with Support Partner Team
Internal Business Process: Support, configure, maintain and upgrade networks and in-house servers. Ensure network security, connectivity, and performance monitoring. Specify system requirements and design solutions. Research and make recommendations on server system administration
Competencies: Technical/Functional and Behavioral competencies. Knowledge in SAP. Excellent knowledge of server infrastructure management. Ability to influence and adapt. Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking
Key Result Areas: Quantitative and Qualitative aspects of IT operations. Adherence to IT Budget and SAP compliances. Improvement in user issue resolution performance. User Interface Experience Survey Results
Key Stakeholder Management: Internal and External stakeholder management including Plant Head, Sr. Manager - IT, HR Ops, IT Consultants, and Service Providers
