About the Role
As an IT Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Handson experience in configuring and troubleshooting FortiGate, Cisco firewalls and
- Configuring and troubleshooting VPNrelated issues.
- Knowledge of Office 36
- Experience working in a Linuxbased environment.
- Strong understanding of Linux, Windows & MacOS operating systems.
- Troubleshooting OS issues.
- Knowledge of EPS (Endpoint security) and Biometric Access control.
- Proactively manage and maintain network and firewall systems.
- IT Asset Management and Tracking.
- Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans.
- Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions
- Define and document best practices and support procedures.
- Provide afterhours support for Infrastructure emergencies as well as occasional
- IT Asset Management and tracking documentation Assist with hardware, firewall,
- Facilitate new employee workstation setup.
- Facilitate IT support for any internal and Remote work employees.
- Documenting and Tracking of ITrelated processes and workflows.
- Creates and maintains historical records by documenting hardware and software
- Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the
- Ensure security and privacy of computer systems.
- Quickly arrange for hardware change in case of failure occurred in the System.
- Creating, changing and deleting user accounts according to the request raised.
- Coordinating with vendors to facilitate IT Asset purchases.
- Maintaining internal infrastructure requirements include laptops, desktop computers,
- Ensuring that laptop/desktop complies with established policies, standards, and
Workspace).
- Configuring and maintaining CCTV Surveillance.
- Maintaining Data Backup and Data Security.
- Configuring Access Points and monitoring/ blocking unauthorized internet access.
- Coordinating with the Finance team on payments and POs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and
- Staying up to date with the latest developments and changes in the IT sector
- Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
- Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
