  • Cloud architect with S4B and Enterprise Voice knowledge.
  • Ensure Architecture service delivery in Collaboration tribe portfolio (i.e. Messaging, Managed on behalf, M365).
  • Ensuring quality in the control processes and last level support in case of need.
  • Definition and further development of standards and methods.
  • Analysis of technical innovations and trends with regard to standardization capability.
  • Development of the technical solution within the portfolio unit with the involvement of the engineer units.
  • Technical management of the solution team and the architecture units.
  • Exchange of knowledge between employees with comparable platform/technology backgrounds.
  • Leading the realization of complex Unified Communication platforms and their integration into existing infrastructures.
  • Actively advise customers on individual further development in the field of unified communication.
  • Review existing IT concepts. Architecture Consulting.
  • Execution of the central role for system design and specification.
  • Design of the system architecture on the basis of the overall system specification and creation of technical concepts.
